INSTRUCTOR SUPPORT
Our policy is for a licensed real estate instructor to be available each business day between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Students have the option of either calling the instructor by telephone or sending an e-mail message. In the event the instructor cannot provide an immediate response, our policy is for the instructor to respond within twenty-four hours. An instructor may be reached by telephone at 305-785-3328 or by e-mail at instructor@ricad.net. All questions about course content from existing students should be directed to the instructor as well as inquiries regarding completion certificates and similar matters.
