GENERAL COURSE INFORMATION
Prior to the end of their first renewal period, real estate brokers in Florida are required to complete a total of 60 hours of approved post-licensing courses and pass the end-of-course exams. These two 30-hour courses have been prepared by highly regarded experts in the field. Upon successful completion of both courses, applicants will have satisfied their post-licensing educational requirements for the first renewal period. Students may choose to take only one course, and satisfy the balance of their requirements by live or CD-ROM courses. They may also choose to take one course now, and the other later, as long as students complete the entire 60-hour requirement within the first renewal period. The online courses are self-contained in terms of course materials and the end-of-course exam. No additional materials are required to complete the courses. Students, however, may wish to obtain appropriate textbooks to supplement the courses. An internet connection is necessary to access course materials. We will issue a completion certificate following passage of the end-of-course exams. The certificate is required by the State of Florida. Only a licensed real estate school may offer these courses and certify completion and satisfactory test results to the State of Florida.
