GENERAL COURSE INFORMATION
Prior to the end of the first renewal period, real estate sales associates in Florida are required to complete an approved 45-hour post-licensing course and pass the end-of-course exam.  This course has been prepared by highly regarded experts in the field.  Upon successful completion of the course, applicants will have satisfied their post-licensing educational requirements for the first renewal period.  The online course is self-contained in terms of course materials and the end-of-course exam.  No additional materials are required to complete the course.  Students, however, may wish to obtain an appropriate textbook to supplement the course.  An internet connection is necessary to access course materials.  We will issue a completion certificate following passage of the end-of-course exam.  The certificate is required by the State of Florida.  Only a licensed real estate school may offer this course and certify completion and satisfactory test results to the State of Florida.
